I ask the seller to create a story for a video game I'm currently developing, the story has 15 characters and I ask him to create a basic profile with the point of confects and interests with each other. I lay out the basic story concept with reference arts, I give a lot of freedom for the seller to work with and only to come to me for direction, I'm quite happy with the result.
